ATHENS, Ohio -- As the summer months draw to a close, Ohio University students are beginning to think about new classes, professors and homework.
But none of these things are as intimidating as the prospect of life after college. The time to look for a career is fast approaching, no matter what year you are.
The Ohio University Career Fair, presented by Career Services, is giving students a chance to get a jump on today's increasingly competitive job market.
The career fair, which will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Convocation Center, will offer students a chance to interact with representatives from over 75 nationally recognized companies. These businesses want students to fill permanent, internship and seasonal and co-op positions. Professional dress and bringing copies of your resume are suggested.
