Annual Events are held every year on the Ohio University campus and have come to be highly anticipated. In years past, Annual Events has been responsible for programming the Homecoming Parade, an event for Sibs Weekend in the Winter, and Mom's Walk for A Cure for Mom's Weekend in the Spring.

OU Homecoming Parade Go Green! Saturday, Sep. 27th, 2008 Court St. 10am It’s that time again! The annual Homecoming celebration at Ohio University will take place the weekend of September 26th–28th. This year the theme is “Get Your Green On.” As the University celebrates its pride and tradition, the University Program Council (UPC) would like to invite you to actively participate in the Homecoming festivities. There are many ways to participate in the Homecoming festivites, but if you would like to compete in our float or banner competitions you must submit a completed parade packet application by Sep. 19th, 2008 by 5pm to 363 Baker Center. Entries submitted after 5pm on the 19th will be charged a late fee. The University Program Council reserves the right to accept or deny entries submitted after September 22, 2008 due to space availability or complications caused by later entries. 2008 Homecoming Parade Winners!
